- All items are thoroughly inspected and ensured to be free from any damage before they are shipped out
- Cosmetics and health wellness sales are final and only store credit will be issued when returned, less shipping and restocking fees, if package is shipped back to us unopened within 3 days of receiving products.
- All other sales may receive store credits less shipping and restocking fee or exchanged at our discretion, if returned within 7 days
- Returned item may be exchanged for another item of same value and shipped back at customer's expense.
- Store credit will not be issued for returned items due to misinformation in shipping address as provided by customer
- Customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with resent packages and/or for exchanged items
- All store credits may be used for future purchase.
