• How secured is your site?

Please note that Queenola Beauty Vineyard does collect or store your credit/debit card number when you make a payment. All data provided via are automatically encrypted from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

• What forms of payments do you accept?

1.  CREDIT CARD

We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

2. PAYPAL

When you placed an order and choose Paypal for payment, you will be redirected to the Paypal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your Paypal username and password.

***You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

3. OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT HONORED

 We also accept paymets through Zelle and Cash App

• What courier service do you use and how do you calculate your shipping fees?

We typically use USPS Priority for all our local oders and gound shipping for international orders and quoted fees are based on weight as estimatd by couriers. However, there are times when we use alternative shipping methods, or as requested by the customer.
